Cancellation Policy
At Spoton Store, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple, fair, and customer-friendly.
- Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is dispatched, whichever comes first.

- If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method.
- Order Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
- However, you may still initiate a return after receiving the product, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
- Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain types of products are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed, including:
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Please review the product listing carefully before placing such orders.
- Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note, depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
