Cancellation Policy

At Spoton Store, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple, fair, and customer-friendly.

  1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is dispatched, whichever comes first.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us at:
  • If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method.
  1. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
  • Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
  • However, you may still initiate a return after receiving the product, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
  1. Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain types of products are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed, including:

  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Please review the product listing carefully before placing such orders.

  1. Refund for Cancelled Orders
  • If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note, depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
